Today in this 5-minute website fix, we’ll show that building customer trust with Yola is a cinch by easily implementing customer product reviews for your Online Store.
To start, within your My Yola dashboard, select “Online Store.”
From here, select “System Settings” at the top right corner of your Yola Online Store Setup Wizard.
Next, click on the “Social Tools” tab.
Now click on the “FB Comments” tab.
Finally, click the “Enable” button next to “Show FB Comments.” Once done, determine the color scheme of your online business reviews, how many posts you’d like shown at once and the width of your comment area. If you have a Facebook Page, feel free to add in your Facebook App ID as well to moderate your reviews. When your comments suit your fancy, go ahead and hit “Save.”
Now that your online business reviews are enabled, site visitors can leaves comment on your products with their Facebook accounts. A great way to get product reviews is by seeking out customers and asking them to review the products they’ve purchased.
