Ready for the new Yola Mail? Keep your eyes peeled – the rollout will be headed your way on June 26th. For those of you who just can’t wait to see what the new Yola Mail has to hold, simply click “Preview” upon logging into your Yola Mail account. If you don’t have Yola Mail yet, you can purchase a business email address for your domain for only $9.96 a year.
The new Yola Mail may be prettier than the old one, but it is noticeably slower. It takes at least 30 seconds to move from one message to another, to load items and also much harder to locate individual contacts to make changes or updates to their accounts.

I’m sorry you’re having some trouble with this. I have just tested my Yola Mail account and things seem to be working quite quickly. That said, I can give you a few ideas for troubleshooting. You can try clearing your browser’s cache, trying another browser and check to see if you are using the most recent version of Flash.
When you navigate to your Address Book, are you not able to update your contacts information? Here is a link to a tutorial that will give a lot more information on the new Yola Mail:
